Shandi J. Modi

Mr Modi has more than 18 years experience in the financial markets, as advisor to governments, policy makers, hedge funds and proprietary traders. He founded IDEAglobal as well as IDEAcarbon. Mr Modi was awarded an Honorary Fellowship by the London School of Economics in recognition of his services to the financial industry.
Dr Jagdish Modi, Director.
Jagdish is a founding member of the company, supervising its global operations. He also set up IDEA Research Centre, a platform to work in collaboration with academia. Prior to that he was working at Cambridge University, where he published research papers, books in Parallel Computing, and is an editor of scientific journals. Jagdish received respectively BSc, MSc, and PhD, from Aston, Cambridge, and London Universities.
Mike Gallagher, Senior Partner, Managing Director (London), Director of Research.
Michael has spent 15 years working on high level European policy and market issues. He has worked through the years with many Central Banks and Governments providing guidance on policy and financial market movements. He has also articulated this intelligence and IDEAglobal's cutting edge views to senior figures in the hedge fund and banking communities. Mike is a founding member of the company. Previously, he worked for Money Market Services from 1985 to 1989. He received his MA in economics from Warwick University and his BA in economics from Liverpool University.
Josh Stiles, Senior Partner, US Fixed Income Product Manager.
Prior to joining IDEAglobal in 1995, Josh was a proprietary bond trader at Nippon Credit Bank. From 1983 to 1989, he was in the same position at Drexel Burnham. Josh served as a long agency trader and government arbitrage trader at Citibank from 1981 to 1983. He began his career in business as a credit analyst at First Fidelity in 1979. Josh received his BA from Amherst College and his MBA in finance from New York University.
